eHealth Services

Healthcare stakeholders have high hopes for eHealth as an essential ingredient for creating a better system of care. The future of remote care delivery, clinical applications and Health Information Exchange (HIE) depends on powerful technologies and smart networks to attain these aspirations. With rising healthcare costs and unprecedented pressures on healthcare systems to engage in population health, the time is right to use eHealth services to break down the barriers to make healthcare more patient-centered, to better coordinate patient care and to reduce healthcare costs.

HNcBNc uses a technology-enabled  health care delivery model via broadband and cloud technologies to support clinical health care, patient and professional health-related education, public health and health administration. Technologies include, but are not limited to, HIPAA compliant HD video application, store-and-forward imaging, streaming media, broadband communications and HL7 Interface engines.

Telehealth Resource Center

The purpose of the Telehealth Resource Center (TRC) is to improve care coordination, increase access to health care and decrease costs.  The TRC provides a library of tools (workflows, use cases, processes), project/program management, education and technology to hospitals, clinics, schools and businesses who are actively providing or have interest in providing care at a distance.

Health Information Exchange (HIE)

HealthNet connect HIE allows health care providers to securely access and share vital patient information electronically no matter where the patient received care and is electronic medical record agnostic.

We are moving toward a more technologically-advanced medical era which eliminates the need for inefficient materials such as paper-based records and medical charts. Time is one of the most costly expenses patients and physicians can incur. With that being said, software applications, peripheral devices and integrated networks that are developed using broadband and information technology provide an efficient way of administering health care thus lowering cost to healthcare organizations.
